I had a realization today.
I think I may be relaxing into my role of "momma". How did I come upon this realization?
It became clear when I gave him a taste of my ice cream because he wanted it...and let him play with the nose sucker because it kept him entertained. Did I mention he chewed and sucked on said nose sucker for a good 10 minutes or so?
Gross? Sure. Dangerous? No. Did it make him happy? You bet.
In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if there were more nose sucker enjoying moments in his future. We'll just call it desensitizing training so he doesn't scream when I come at his nose with it in the near future ;)
